WHY DELHI
?If you look at the following factors, it sums up pretty well
why you should or should not move to the particular
location. Location: Delhi is located at 28.38° N and 77.13°
E and lies in northern India. It borders the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh
on the south and Haryana on the west The name Delhi also refers to the
National Capital Territory of Delhi (NCT), which is a special union
territory jointly administered by the Centralgovernment. Public
transport and Routes: Public transportation in Delhi is provided by
auto rickshaws, buses, Metro rail, taxis and suburban railways provide
public transportation in Delhi. Buses are the most popular means of
transportation catering to about 60% of the total demand.Major bus service
providers include state-owned Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC), BlueLine
Transport Corporation and several other private concerns. Private vehicles
account for 30% of the total demand for transportation while the rest of
the demand is met largely by auto-rickshaws, taxis, rapid transit system
and railways. Connectivity & Distance: Delhi is ideally
located amid Haryana and Uttar Pradesh, therefore the distance from both
the states is almost equal, 4 different highway connects Delhi to
Faridabad, Gurgaon, Sonipat, Punjab, Noida, Uttar pradesh thus it
interconnects several states and cities. And reaching Delhi from any NCR
city takes approximately equal time. Infrastructure: Delhi
was first city in North India to witness infrastructure development though
now it has become old and other cities in NCR like Gurgaon and Noida have
got an edge in terms of Infrastructure but since when government has
involved private developers, Delhi is recording best infrastructure ever
had. New Commercial & Retail places are being developed by private
developers like Saket disst center and Jasola in South Delhi, Netaji
subash chand place (Pitampura) and Shivaji place (Rajouri garden) and
Mayur vihar in East Delhi. Workforce: Delhi is rich of
skilled and unskilled workers and besides it, the adjoining states also
contributes a major workforce, which makes it desirable location for the
companies to setup their base here. Rentals: Rental varies
depending on the location, infrastructure, presence of other companies and
distance. Still just for an idea you may get a facility right from Rs 30
to 1000 Per sq ft depending on usage and location. Other
companies: List is endless as Delhi is home to almost all the
companies be it national or international. Projections:
Delhi is being projected as a international city and to compete with the
international standard, government is coming up with several new
projections which includes more Metro rail routes, introducing Monorail,
adding new roads routes and flyover to make Delhi decongest and breath.

WHY
GURGAON ?If you look at the following factors, it sums up
pretty well why you should or should not move to the particular
location. Location: Gurgaon is a city in the northern Indian
state of Haryana; Gurgaon is one of Delhi's four major satellite cities
and is therefore considered to be a part of the National Capital Region,
although it is not situated in the National Capital Territory.
Public transport And Routes: Road layout in the city is
well-planned but availability of public transport is not so good but it is
likely to improve once the metro stretch (expected by year 2010) and the 8
lane toll expressway between Gurgaon and New Delhi, scheduled to become
operational in Apr 2007 will provide non-stop connectivity to the
International Airport and Dhaula Kuan in Delhi over a distance of 28
kilometers (18 miles), and includes 7 flyovers and 5 underpasses along the
stretch. Govrnment has plan to introduce high capacity buses also, which
will ply on the sector roads. Gurgaon has its railway station located at
the extreme corner of the city. The rails connect to both Rewari on one
side and Delhi Cantt on other. If you are going from Delhi to
Gurgaon you can either take MG road or NH-8. Connectivity &
Distance: Gurgaon is located approximately at a distance of 28 kms
from Dhaula Kuan, Distance from Airport is around 11 km, Faridabad is
approx 25km away. Infrastructure: Gurgaon is one of India's
most successful instances of a new city that is well planned, marketed and
developed. It is shining example of how world-class infrastructure, work
and living environments can make it a magnet for global business and high
quality professionals. Gurgaon is still developing and expanding and
offers a lot of potential. The high values in the city that parallel
Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore speak volumes about the quality of real estate
but also temper the prospects of multipliers over the next few years.
Gurgaon is however a place worth considering for investment and to live
and work in. Facilities: STPI approved units, Best
Infrastructure, wide roads, Close to international airport.
Workforce: Abundant skilled and unskilled workforce is
available, major workforce hail to Gurgaon from Delhi, Rewari, Faridabad
and the adjacent area. Rentals: Rental varies from Rs 40 to
120 depending on the quality of infrastrure, other facilities, and usage.
Other companies: Gurgaon bustles today with activity and
has become the location of choice for new companies setting up in Delhi.
GE, Coca Cola, Pepsi, New York Life, Baxter and others are all there and
more are coming in. The business process industry began to grow with GE's
operations and the growth became a magnet for several more operations in
Gurgaon. Gurgaon is today one of the large business process outsourcing
centers in India and continues to expand and grow.
Projections: A SEZ (special Economic zone) is proposal in
the Gurgaon itself and a 135-km Kundli-Manesar-Palwal expressway is being
laid down, once ready it will will connect 4 of Haryana's important
industrial centers, intersect 4 of India's busiest national highways, will
provide better connectivity.

south-west by the river Yamuna, on the north and north-west by Delhi, on
the north-east by Delhi and Ghaziabad and on the north-east, east and

Noida is well connected to different cities and has Interstate Bus

Indira Gandhi International Airport, Faridabad is 35 km, Greater Noida is

Railway Station, both of which are in the heart of New Delhi. The 5.5 km.
long, eight lane NOIDA Toll Bridge across Yamuna connecting Maharani Bagh
in Delhi to NOIDA has further reduced the distance, time and cost of
commuting between Delhi and NOIDA. NOIDA has all the key advantages of
Delhi without having its disadvantages. Infrastructure: The
NOIDA Authority has developed a number of green belts, gardens and parks
to give further impetus to its pollution free environment. A modern,
efficient and comprehensive infrastructure comprising of residential
facilities, commercial areas, business centers, office complexes and

of STPI approved units. Workforce: Noida is preferred
location for the IT companies as most of the people working in these
companies stays in noida itself and there are numerous IT training
institution based in noida which helps companies to pick best available
talent from it's vicinity. Rentals: Rental in Noida is

WHY
FARIDABAD ?Location: Faridabad is about 25 Kilometres
south of Delhi, is a major industrial city and population center in
Haryana state, northern India. It is located in Faridabad District. It is
bounded by the National Capital Territory of Delhi on its north, Gurgaon
District on the west, and of Uttar Pradesh State on its east and south.
Delhi-Mathura National Highway No.2 (Shershah Suri Marg) passes through
the centre of the district. Public transport and Routes: It
includes everything starting from an auto-rickshaw, buses, and railways.
Auto-rickshaws run mainly on national highway connecting Delhi border and
Ballabgarh. Likewise other means of transport are taxis, buses etc, there
is inter-state bus service between Delhi and Uttarpradesh thus it solves
the problem for people commuting from other states. Personal cars and
two-wheelers have gradually been increasing since recent years making the
city cause of jams and traffic blocks. Trains stop at three railway
stations in Faridabad connecting Ballabgarh to New Delhi.
Connectivity & Distance: Faridabad fares well among
other cities when it comes to connectivity. The city is just 10 kms away
from Ashram crossing at Mathura Road. It is said that the new flyover over
Badarpur crossing and an expressway linking Palwal, Manesar, Kundli,
Faridabad, Noida and Ghaziabad will provide interconnectivity among
various satellite towns and will further shorten the distance thus making
it sought after location. Infrastructure: The
infrastructure of Faridabad is being overhauled, as the government has
released a 50-crore fund for Cluster Development Planning. Infrastructure
development is on rapid pace and soon it would be most sought after
location for everyone. Other companies: Faridabad is the
industrial heart of Haryana. It is home to hundreds of large scale
companies like Orient fans (C.K.Birla Group), JCB India Limited, Agri
Machinery Group (Escorts Limited), Yamaha Motor India Pvt. Ltd., Whirlpool
of India Limited. There are thousands of medium and small scale units as
well. Projections: Metro rail services are likely to reach
the city by 2010 as proposed by Delhi government and an express highway,
from palwal to kundli, Badarpur flyover is near to start, as planned by
NHAI to make national highway broad & red light free from Ashram
Crossing, towards Agra. It is said that the new flyover over Badarpur
crossing and an expressway linking Palwal, Manesar, Kundli, Faridabad,
Noida and Ghaziabad will provide interconnectivity among various satellite
towns. Haryana Technology Park (HTP) is an approved SEZ Information
Technology Park, located only 3 kilometers (1.8 miles) from the Delhi -
Faridabad border on National Highway 2. The Park with a total covered area
of 1.65 million square feet will have 0.86 million of business space
dedicated to IT/ITES companies. Construction is scheduled to start in
September 2006 and will be completed by October 2008.
